Ann Butterfield, RN

Ann has always delivered with excellence. In 1988, she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Boston University. She then began her career in the US Army Nurse Corps. When she transitioned to civilian nursing she focused on adult critical care and emergency nursing.

Ann first worked with Marguerite Parzen, now the founder and owner of Boutique Care Management, in 2000 at the Institute on Aging in San Francisco. She served at the Institute as a clinical research coordinator for clients with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. She later moved to San Diego and worked as a nurse for Sharp Healthcare before joining Marguerite in the field of Geriatric Care Management. Ann has both professional and personal experience in end-of-life nursing care. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
