Gioia Bowser

With over 10 years of business and leadership experience, Gioia adds a strong support component to Boutique Care Management's team. She assists our staff and clients and engages her strong organizational skills to ensure accurate record-keeping behind the scenes. Before joining Boutique Care Management, Gioia worked as an Export Compliance Specialist at QUALCOMM Inc. working with the government on approvals to export technology controlled for national security purposes. Gioia’s warm, cheerful personality brightens interactions with our clients, and complements her attention to detail and her commitment to excellence in every task. Gioia holds B.A.s in Communication and Spanish with minors in Business Administration and Leadership Studies, as well as an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Procurement all from the University of San Diego.
